Lunches at your school
Fresh, interesting and affordable school lunches, delivered to the school. We're at primary schools right across metropolitan Melbourne, with more added every term.

We’re not going to tell you the whole menu is health food. Some items are everyday food, plenty are ones to choose carefully, and a few are treats. Every one of them says which it is, so a parent can decide for their own child.
What we do commit to is fresh, interesting and affordable, with real options for every dietary need, delivered to the school.
What the labels mean
We classify the menu on the Healthy Eating Advisory Service traffic-light system.
Every item carries one, on the item itself, where a parent sees it while choosing. See them on the menu →
Dietary needs are a filter, not a phone call
Every item shows its dietary codes and the menu filters on them, so a family with a restriction sees their whole set of options at once instead of reading the list and hoping. Of the 204 items on the menu right now:
Items can carry more than one code, so these overlap. Ingredients are listed on every item, and our full allergen and food-safety statement is at the foot of this page.
What the school has to take on
- ✓No cost to the school. Families pay us directly by card. No fee, no subsidy, no minimum to meet.
- ✓No canteen staff, no volunteer roster. Nothing to recruit, train or fill in week by week.
- ✓No money handled at school. No cash, no envelopes, no orders written on paper bags.
- ✓Lunches arrive at the school in temperature-controlled tubs, labelled with every child’s name and class.
- ✓Nothing for families to commit to. A single day or the whole term, changed or cancelled up to the morning cut-off.
- ✓Accredited food safety. Kitchens supervised by accredited Food Safety Supervisors under the Victorian Food Act and the FSANZ Food Standards Code.
A school can approach us directly, or a parent can put their school forward and we’ll contact the office. Start that conversation →

We're always expanding. Tell us where your child goes to school and we'll work to bring fresh, interesting and affordable Classroom Cuisine lunches to the school.
Our products may contain egg, milk, oats, rye, soy and wheat. We take great care in preparation, but due to the nature of processing, trace amounts of sesame and nuts may be present in some products. Your child’s meal should never be shared with another child.
Our kitchen staff are supervised by accredited Food Safety Supervisors. We adhere to all rules and regulations under Boroondara City Council Environmental Health Services, the Victorian Food Act 1984, and the FSANZ Food Standards Code.
